The "CFS" company is in no way affiliated with the state of Maine and are sending out letters to Maine LLC's. "C.F.S." is sending form titled "2021- Annual Report Instruction Form" that MUST BE MADE WITH $185.00 PAYMENT. This form looks very official upon first glance, it is filled with specific entity related information that would make it appear as though the State of Maine is actually sending the form.
